About Me
Like you, I have felt the joys and the struggles that come with this life. I have walked with those suffering through loss, unwanted singleness, infertility, career uncertainty, and many other hardships. My hope is to come along side of you and provide a safe place to rest and feel more equipped to handle what life throws at us.
I am originally from San Diego, CA and grew up with three sisters. Many think it's crazy I left, but I have learned to hold Charlotte near and dear to my heart.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher for ten years. I still have a soft spot for teachers, and helping them thrive not only in their careers but in their personal lives as well.
In my free time I like spending time by myself or sharing meals with close friends. I also enjoy practicing yoga, watching shows with my husband, exploring nature, and flipping furniture.
