Counseling Services
Fees:
Initial 50 minute intake session is $150
Weekly or biweekly 50 min session is $125
75 minute session is $175.
Fees are prorated as needed.
Insurance:
I am in network with Aetna, Medcost, Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance (CBHA), and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
I am also able to provide the appropriate paperwork if you are planning to file for out-of-network benefits.
Payment methods:
All major credit, debit and/or HSA cards accepted.
Session Info:
During the initial intake session we will discuss medical, social, and mental health history. We will discuss why you or your child have come to counseling, and set goals for our time together.
Sessions for an adolescent or adult are 50 minutes, and can be in-person or virtual. Couples sessions are typically 75 minutes. Play Therapy sessions are 30-45 minutes, depending on the age of the child. Sessions for kids and couples are in-person.
Parent sessions will be held about every four weeks during which we will discuss progress of goals made with the child. These may vary in time and consistency based on the needs of the child and family.
